  • Free shipping on orders over ৳3,000
  • Flat rate ৳100 for orders below ৳3,000
• Tracking: You’ll receive SMS/email with tracking details once shipped

International Shipping

• Processing Time: 1-3 business days after order confirmation
• Delivery Time:
  • Middle East: 7-12 business days
  • Europe/North America: 10-15 business days
  • Asia Pacific: 8-14 business days
• Shipping Fees: Calculated at checkout based on destination
• Customs & Duties: Customer’s responsibility (we declare accurate product values)

• Express Shipping: Available at additional cost (contact us for rates)

Order Processing

• Orders placed before 3PM BST are processed same business day
• Weekend/holiday orders ship next business day
• You’ll receive order confirmation and shipping notifications via email

Tracking Your Order

• If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package:

Undeliverable Packages

Packages may be returned to us if:

• Address is incorrect/incomplete
• Package is unclaimed after multiple delivery attempts
• Required customs fees aren’t paid

In such cases, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment (additional fees may apply)
