At SHARIYAAH, we stand behind the quality of our designer abayas. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process to ensure your shopping experience remains exceptional.

Return Eligibility

โœ” Accepted within 7 days of delivery:

  • Unworn, unwashed items with all original tags attached
  • Items in original packaging with no signs of use
  • Defective or incorrect items (must report within 48 hours)

โœ– Not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made or personalized orders
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Products that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us First

    • Include your order number and photos of the item
  2. Get Approval
    • Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions
    • You’ll receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA)
  3. Ship Your Return
    • Pack the item securely in its original packaging
    • Include the RMA number clearly on the package
    • Ship to our return address (provided in approval email)

Refund Process

  • Processing Time: 5-10 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Method: Original payment method
  • Deductions: Return shipping costs are non-refundable (except for defective/wrong items)

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • If your desired size/color is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund instead
  • Customer covers shipping costs for exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Provide clear photos/videos of the issue
  3. We’ll arrange a free return and send a replacement or full refund

International Returns

For customers outside Bangladesh:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Any customs duties or taxes for returns are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

Important Notes

  • Sale items may have different return conditions (see product page for details)
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet our policy requirements
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
