At SHARIYAAH, we stand behind the quality of our designer abayas. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process to ensure your shopping experience remains exceptional.
Return Eligibility
โ Accepted within 7 days of delivery:
- Unworn, unwashed items with all original tags attached
- Items in original packaging with no signs of use
- Defective or incorrect items (must report within 48 hours)
โ Not eligible for return:
- Custom-made or personalized orders
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Products that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery
How to Return an Item

- Include your order number and photos of the item
- Get Approval
- Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions
- You’ll receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA)
- Ship Your Return
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Include the RMA number clearly on the package
- Ship to our return address (provided in approval email)
Refund Process
- Processing Time: 5-10 business days after we receive your return
- Refund Method: Original payment method
- Deductions: Return shipping costs are non-refundable (except for defective/wrong items)
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- If your desired size/color is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund instead
- Customer covers shipping costs for exchanges
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos/videos of the issue
- We’ll arrange a free return and send a replacement or full refund
International Returns
For customers outside Bangladesh:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs
- Any customs duties or taxes for returns are non-refundable
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method
Important Notes
- Sale items may have different return conditions (see product page for details)
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet our policy requirements
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
